It has been a good week had a good break for the Easter weekend.. went camping and luckly for me we were baaing and likely im Banting so i was allowed to enjoy meat. I did enjoy chocolate but vowed that it was the last. Now back to business and I am aiming to loose about 2-3kg a week for as long as I can only going to live on greens and protein and Fat..
