Its been so long and its been so bad. :-) but i enjoyed every bite of that bad eating. So the last time I was on my bike was the 8March2015 the cape town cycle tour , and since than my eating was bad, however i still exercise , did a 10km run (spar woman's race ) aerobic, body toning classes twice a week and at least I did a 5km over the easter weekend at the camping site.
Well today the 7April2015 I take back my healthy lifestyle. It was fun but i can feel what it does to my body all the carbs and sugar makes a person lazy.
So what is my goals for this month. * Get on my MTB bike this weekend * jog at least once a week * Stay away from chips , chocolates
