Hi everyone
Still trying to sort out the mess … ( to do with family) tomorrow I have to see what else can be done without travailing to the middle-east at the moment …I was meant to do so weight loss wise am happy fasting today 17 hours steak chips veggies & garlic bread in small portions second meal is eggs & corned beef
Managed to tidy up & give away bag full of shoes & clothes … that’s about it for today sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️
175.7 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
