Just switched from fasting 14/10 at 9pm to 11am Now fasting the same 14/10 from 7pm to 9am
This has encouraged eating breakfast which then reduces overall input because I'm not as ravenous later in the day.
Early days but it looks positive....... or maybe it's wine deficiency
