weighed late today and haven't eaten anything yet and It's 2:30pm. lots going on earlier today; deck furniture delivered, hair cut for friend, bear crossed our street! chatted with dear MIL.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
