Hi everyone disappointing week as far as weight loss stoped completely ( I did over eat 4 days of the week & too much wine) could have gained but didn’t was well worth it … family commitments at the moment healthy food isn’t always available so tomorrow very busy dentist paperwork etc pie & veggies but will do one meal in hope of balancing it out Give up fruits at night mum insists on feeding me lol I’ve cooked okra & white rice a middle eastern staple will fry meat things for mum Will try to be as healthy as possible sending u much love & positive prayers xxx❤️❤️
