Last evening was hard. At first psychologically when dr. required to have a biopsy test. Later on had my first training with my private trainer. It felt good and was adjusted to my physical capacity - it was exactly as hard as needed and not too extreme :) And I appreciated his permanent monitoring of my heart rate through app and some good stretching exercises. :)
