Hi everyone so pleased …. Small drop delighted with it lots to do but else where will make time for my walk aiming for a shorter distance today my legs hurt since yesterday but will continue forward pushing myself to become the best version of myself … Partner support is always there …but the need to be together is growing but we both have other commitments at the moment … will prep dinner before I am out the door again sending u all much love xx
177.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
