Happy Friday everyone …. I was rather hesitant to go on the scales today because yesterday I had around (1200 cal) over the daily target …. No exercise … but faced my fear and weighed myself was ecstatic the 20 hour fast and counting everything has worked finally found something that works for me I found lower protein has helped me a great deal thank u everyone for the kindness & support hope I can continue losing weight sending u much love xxx
178.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
