Hi everyone am staying indoors today pouring rain feels cold I don’t want to catch a cold so will try to do some steps indoors … really pleased with the lovely drop (2.8 pounds ) in 3 days not bad at all fasting calorie counting and walking for about 20 mins but today will be sensible stay home loads to do tomorrow sorting out paper work etc … having Pearl barley risotto and Birds Eye burger for dinner I am trying to keep within the (1000 cal daily ) 18 hour fasting it seems to work so far 🤞 sending u all love xxx
