Well PTL , home from summer holidays and I weigh the same. Whew. I did really try to stick to my plan. The last 2 weeks were almost impossible, but I was still conscientious. I’m really happy. So yes it’s worth it.
Now I need to implement exercise routine.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
