Yet again I sigh deeply and put my hands on the reins. I have seriously cut back on my drinking wine (from 5-10 glasses daily down to a couple of glasses once a week, yay!) but carbs slid straight into the empty space so I am nailing keto to the mast again and avoiding "social" meals, coffees, etc. I also discovered I am sensitive to maltitol, yuck.
On a bright note, I picked my first tomatoes of the season today :-)
