I’ve eaten like a pig lately. Not “bad food” but food I can’t count, like pasta bake or korma for dinner. I’ve started personal training though so hopefully things will improve.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
