slowly, slowly, weight is melting off. Keeping focus on keeping my schedule is what I am having some difficulty with. I am going on almost three months of diet and exercise...I hope the next three months have the same amount of gains.
200.1 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 50.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
