Back up again. Went on vacation with my family and extended family and didn’t work out or watch what I ate. Back on the grind today. I have a big event coming up in a month for work and I want to be down under 200. Been awhile since I’ve been in ONEDERLAND. Just need to be consistent and I can get there.
