Bismillah mulai dari 80kg ya. habis lahiran umur anaknya baru 2 bulan. diet santai makan di 2200 kkal, dbf+asip. Insya allah gak mengganggu produksi asi. sudah nyoba ½ bulan ngatur pola makan malahan asi jadi banyak. semangat akuuu!!!
