Woke up at 57.2 kg so need to go down 6 kilos! shifted from bread and butter, sweets, chocolates, pasta and pizza to going 80% fully raw....struggling but enjoying the challenge.This is my first week. Made awesome raw apple pie to boost my transition and loved it...satisfied my sweet tooth...so will be doing some more fully raw deserts... though the sugar content is very high, it comes from dates....i will try to lower sugar content... I have a 31.1% fat this morning so need to go low fat too.
