I did SO SO SO bad this weekend, I ate pizza and sat on the couch all day yesterday and Saturday went to houston for a bridal shower and ate chinese food, this is NOT good afraid to weigh in on Thrusday, and this weather sucks make me NOT want to exercise been raining and cold for almost 3 weeks not, maybe a good weather day here and there.

I need to get motivated and get back on the calorie counting anyone have suggestions I am up for them. Please HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
