I was recently on a business trip and we ate in one of my favorite restaurants. The portions were huge, so I only ate about 1/2 of it, but I had noting to do with the rest. It was really good, it was paid for. It was awfully hard to just let it go to waste. So, I really understand how hard it is not to eat what they put down in front of you.
(I looked when I got back to my room, that dinner had over 1800 calories in it.)
