Ok weight since we stopped smoking. We gave ourselves two weeks grace to snack and go crazy but today we’re back in it. Back at the gym today and starting with a detox smoothie day, IF 16:8 on Wednesday. Will see where we land on Friday.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
