Yesterday, I went for a walk downtown. Then, my right shoe cuts my foot in the back. So then, thankfully there was a shoe shop close by. I have been forgetting to put get some new tennis shoes because I threw away the soles of my old pair of sneakers. I went and got flip flops, but hopefully pretty soon I will be having a new pair of sneakers.
On another note, I've been feeling really healthy and excited about my weight loss. I can definitely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better about myself. My moods have been uplifting. Spring is not far off.
