Kinda surprised my weight has been stable for a week. Thinking of abandoning keto —ish diet for a high carb diet. Had back surgery two months ago, and an epidural lipomatosis was found impinging my spine and nerves wondering if that was due to my laissez-faire adherence to ketogenic diet . Keto is difficult because I’m living with family so I will monitor. Of course the bulk of carbs will be from vegetables and good oils plus fish.
