Hi everyone … hope ur doing well , am better today on all levels …. Going out for a short walk …. Lunch at a local place … will have some carbs lentil soup protein salad ….
179.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
