Really gonna need to increase caloric intake. I am too active now to sustain 1200/day. Found myself with a headache most of day and tired (lack of energy, not sleepy). I ate a bigger dinner with carbs and instantly felt better. It was going to happen eventually I suppose. I don't think it'll affect my weight loss though.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
