I thought I’d lose more :( disappointed
121.9 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1388 kcal Fat: 33.12g | Prot: 63.84g | Carb: 196.43g.   Breakfast: Tesco Semi-Skimmed Milk, Nescafe Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Quaker Oat So Simple Sweet Cinnamon (Pot), Sainsbury's Banana. Lunch: Tesco Cheese Slice, Warburtons Medium Bread, Farmfoods Ham , Waitrose Mandarin, Pret A Manger Iced Latte. Dinner: The Cheese Emporium Lighter Mature Cheese, Tesco Lambs Lettuce, Asda Cucumber, Tesco Baby Plum Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Tesco Pineapple, Tesco Melon Chunks. more...
