Daily happy hours with highly processed nibbles and much wine must stop.
184.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I can relate to that it is hard to stop something you enjoy...I sometimes think if you have little or no health issues...what the hell.

What about lard arse issues ? Maybe as important as health issues.

Not sure of your description Colin but I think they are generally one and the same. J - Don't deprive yourself something you enjoy, it's just torment and you'll probably end up having it anyway. Moderation is the key.

well sorry to disagree, but I think you would do well to avoid "highly processed nibbles" and Wine altogether. Go to the gym instead.

Not altogether, but I would certainly think daily is way too often if you have a health goal !

Absolutely - that's why it's all about moderation :-) Can't imagine avoiding wine altogether though....the horror haha! Once every so often does it for me.
