haven't weighed in on this app for over a year! was actually same weight last weigh in & even this weight 2 years ago as well, which is the highest I've recorded, but owing to a course of steroids & not giving a * it has actually been higher than this. since my life changed in 2021, I've been up & down but the lowest recorded in that time frame was 173 which I achieved in fall/winter 2021, at which time my life changed again. though my life has changed dramatically a few times, I suppose it would be good if this time I decided to change my life.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
