Gained 4.3 pounds in May. I am evaluating and adjusting. I expect the scale to reverse as I am transforming my eating habits in positive ways. I know the path to success will continue to have ups and downs, rather than being a straight line. I will focus on health and eating when hungry in appropriate amounts. I will not let this gain derail me. I am confident it will be gone soon. I have learned a lot and will continue learning daily. My best to everyone!❤️
