fat 40.5% , well to be expected after 4 pastizzi yesterday and 2 handful of salted peanuts in the evening. today I prepared my jar (250 ml)of kiwi/strawberries/blueberries. had a green juice this morning and started with the chia seed drink. I should transport the green juice for when I get to work. I had 2 toasted brown slice bread with some pesto sauce on each slice and 1 sliced pitta bread toasted with 2 tsps hummus. for lunch I prepared 1/3 cup risotto rice which I nearly burnt, with cubed beetroot (ready cooked) and a generous handful of baby asparagus which I lightly steamed then added some butter to let it melt on top of it. I cut up some fresh coriander, parsley and thyme, added some salt and pepper. for dinner I got broccoli soup with fresh herbs (oregano and thyme) and some dried taragon. I was meant to have the bread with the soup but I got hungry in the morning. I shouldn't eat anything tonight. had 1.5 small beetroot and avocado, then did cardio burn figure 8 and Zumba activate. it's 21:50, time to unwind.
