Wow, didn't expect that much of a drop. Maybe I should up my calories a bit. I don't want to lose too quickly and then end up gaining it back.
210.3 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

heavens no. it's just a downtick. Could just be that you haven't had much to drink today yet. :) your diary says you're eating fine, keep doing what you are doing.

I'm comparing today's weight to 8 days ago when I was 6 lbs heavier. I'm aiming to lose up to 2 lbs a week.

I also always weigh myself in the morning before having any water or food.

You've lost 4.4kg since 26 April. That's an average of 1kg a week. It's certainly good, but if I were losing that fast I'd be happy to ride the wave. :) ymmv of course.

Thanks Bubbles for helping me put things in perspective. I need to not freak out over a couple pounds gain or loss. Keep following the plan and expect bumps up and down. Don't need to rework the plan unless there's a persistent trend over at least a couple weeks.
