fat 41.1% I think this increase today is because I didn't have time to go to the bathroom yesterday! for today I have cauliflower soup (250ml) a jar of fruit(250ml) made of fresh pear, frozen strawberries and blueberries. for lunch I have some steamed broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and fennel, I have a tinned hummus dip and a brown pitta bread. I did buy some fresh yeast sweet buns and took 2 with ☕. let's see how we hold up this weekend, next week we go to Vienna. happy yesterday I did 1 hour of exercise around 5:30pm and half an hour at 13:30.
