A surprising loss this week! I brought my calories down after a few weeks over eating due to holidays, birthdays etc. plus I’ve been trying to keep carbs under 100g per day, and ta dahhh! I’ve lost!
I’m within my desired weight range but want to be a little lower so I can have treats without panicking I’m putting in loads.
Calorie counting + low carb work for me - and my MS is MUCH better. Maybe I’ve found the right diet at last …
136.9 lb Lost so far: 65.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
