Tja.. Gisteren alleen avondeten (rijst (voor de calorieën) gekookt in champignonsoep, en broodjes kaas er naast) en een reep chocola gehad. 🫣 Maar.. Dan weer wel goed voor mezelf gezorgd door terug te gaan met de beschimmelde broodjes, en gelijk wat meer boodschappen mee te nemen. 🤗
188.5 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It sure is! Love mushrooms!! 🥰 Home now, after a long, hard, exhausting day… Going to sleep off some of the nausea and exhaustion, and have another batch of soup to warm up. Either pumpkin or tomato. (I had bought three ‘oma’s soep’ flavors. Mushroom, pumpkin and tomato) 😋 Because of yesterday’s moldy bread, and because I knew I would feel sick and/or exhausted after today. 😂
