Comments 
Attemping to bounce between <1000cals one day and then <1500cals the next. Just to keep body at a lower calorie average throughout week but it keeps me focused (I don't feel all that hungry at any one time). Seems to be working. Having been attempting this for past three weeks. Alot easier now.
