Ugh!!!!!This was an awful week for me as far as losing the weight. I took a road trip and celebrated 3 birthdays and an anniversary in a 4 day time period. I knew it was going to be a rough weekend but I had no idea that having one bad weekend would put pounds back on me. It’s so hard to take the weight off but too easy to put it back on. So sad!!! Well now I'm over it and back on track. Tomorrow I will start tracking and exercising again. Also I’ll be joining a group next week that should also help me get it together again.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wow you lost 26 lbs. That is awesome!! Everyone has their slip ups now and then. At least you know your capable of losing. Im doing weight watchers too, I think its the best weight loss plan there is. Because you can actually eat foods you like!
