Spent the weekend with Max and ate two meals on Saturday so that's why I'm down a l b today. I have showcase this Saturday so I hope to keep to the very light meals for a few days. I used to be 10 lbs lighter and a dress size smaller so a lb here and there feels great!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
