Well, I survived the holidays...back to sport this week so I will have a few more calories to play with if I am attending events such as birthdays or school functions :) Speaking of birthdays - got such a fright when I typed in what I thought was a fairly restrained meal at Hogs Breath for a friend's b'day and saw almost my whole RDI spent on the meal. It will be much easier to resist menu temptations for a while!
