Last night I went out with an old friend to The Bronx Brewery. Two beers, six empanadas and two Baileys later, this is where it brings me. Was it worth it? Yes.
Would I do it again? Yes. I deserve it, I’m down from 240lbs to the mid-160s!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
