Yesterday I worked a long day, which meant I was very sedentary. Today I have another long day ahead, but plan to walk. I ate a bag of salty snacks so I'm up a lb but think it's water. So today is about reducing salt intake, exercise, and more veggies. I've never had trouble reducing calories before, but I find it so hard to eat dinner at 5 or so and then not eat at 9 pm.
