Minor fluctuation downwards. My intermittent fasting went back to normal yesterday. Closed the window the night before at 9 then opened at around 13,30.
Last night I closed the window at 7,30 and had my first meal today at 14,30. Because I've eaten a lot the last couple of days without being able to weigh food I'm trying to keep my calories a bit lower today as well to clean the system.
