I was a cookie monster last evening. Usually happens if I skip lunch or breakfast. Yesterday was extreme though. I had to skip lunch since I'd signed up for a 3:55 appointment for all 5 LifeLine Screening tests, and they require not eating anything for four hours prior to that. I didn't get home until almost 6pm. I do know that it is never a good idea to go food shopping when HUNGRY. so I got apples, tangerines, papaya, Fresh Basil, Kale, AND some oatmeal/Raisin/walnut cookies and was only going to eat four of them. :) Instead I ate 13 cookies. ! this was AFTER I ate the three IN-N-Out lean hamburgers with lettuce wrap instead of buns. :) WE ARE ALL HUMAN.
