I am struggling. I think I need to learn more about the appropriate ratio of carbs, fats, and protein. I’m just counting calories and trying to avoid junk food. It’s rough
183.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
