A loss is a loss I guess. This past week I had several business dinners out with wine… though I love the latter, it certainly hinders any weight loss progress 😐 Time to ditch it for the rest of the month to see what progress can be made in April 👍🏼

That’s it! One day at a time. All that is important is that we know why. Add up enough “why’s” and we tend to naturally accept a need for change… Not everybody is honest with themselves that way. So, “Good On Ya”!!! DV
