with a regular scale, I'd be bummed today, but I have a Bluetooth smart scale. today is GOALS!! I've been working hard - and it's paying off 🤯🥳 this gain is ALL MUSCLE 💪 nothing else changed. I'm elated. as we all know, increased muscle mass burns more calories at rest, so if I keep this up, I can literally eat more calories and while maintaining my weight. every bit of muscle I can put back on my frame (after last years spinal cord injury, surgery and recovery) is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm still in a lot of pain and having to modify everything. no weights yet, just body resistance, bands and stretching, but WOW! it's working! 🥲🥰🤩

how's the accuracy on this scale? 3rd party testing says it's one of the most accurate 🏆 and it's only $20 on Amazon. The Renpho smart scale. I've bought these for friends & family that have tried mine and liked it. I seriously recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight, because a regular scale simply gives our gravitational pull towards earth. There's so much more going on inside than simply weight. so, if you think you've stalled or gained, when you're doing everything right - don't be discouraged, it's probably less fat and more muscle. which is exactly what you want for true health and mobility 🎊
