Well, I allowed myself a couple glasses of delicious blueberry wine last night - BOOM - gained back 1.5 lbs this morning! VERY depressing. Stayed within reason, 1327 calories, no sweets/junk, just a few prunes and a little wine. If that's all it takes to put the weight back on, I dont know why I bother honestly.
I feel like calling this weekend a loss, but if I do that may just be it. Sigh. Ive tried really hard to not let these constant gain-backs derail me.
Maybe I'll regain determination, but right now, I'm just gutted. And I know what everyone says - it happens- it's just water - it will come right back off- I know. But this happens every single time I lose a pound or two. Frustrating. grrrr
