I did well till last night when I ate truffles. I hate to do this, but I will throw them out today. They were a gift. Still, I am down 2 lbs. Iam hoping to at least not regain what I lost, and maybe lose a bit more today. I am planning to continue to eat non processed foods, and exercise. Today I will add a couple of loops to my walk, taking it from 40 minutes to 50. I'll do a series of core exercises as well. And I have a dance lesson so that always helps. I plan to keep this up until it once again becomes a regular daily activity instead of something I have to make myself do.
