Oatmeal in the morning with raw honey, ground Cinnamon and lite maple syrup and a fruit on the side. Meat and veggies, fruit and cottage cheese for lunch. Meat veggies, fruit, cottage cheese for dinner sometimes some tortilla chips or cape cod chips or cheese sticks. My favorite has been peeled sliced apples with Cinnamon and a dash of sugar. AND LOTS OF WATER
