Well I promised myself I would not let myself get over 230. It was a bad but fun weekend. Husband's birthday, so lots of cake and lots of cocktails. Neither do me any favors in the long run. So hopefully I can detox a bit and knock out the cravings. doesn't help that I bought lots of wine for the party and no one drank any!
231.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
