crazy how when I journal and hit my goals I lose weight and build muscle 🤪 crazy how when I meet my macros I'm too full to snack 🤑 crazy how my body and mind feel so much better when I exercise, even just a little bit 🙃
140.4 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
