Probably water weight (it’s that time of the month) , haven’t logged in 11days && I’ve been eating out & drinking alcohol 😇 I’ll take it …. Now back to business 💪🏽
225.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
